Kara DePaul, MBA (2019) Specialist, Academic Professional Development, Cuyahoga Community College, used her scholarship funds toward obtaining certification through the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Learning and Performance. Obtaining these credentials advances DePaul’s professional development, but more importantly benefits the college institution and employees who work there and aligns with the ACE Women’s Network strategic commitments.
