Latricia Milhouse (2014) is an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist at Wright State University. Prior to joining Wright State in 2010, she worked as an Employee Relations Coordinator in the airlines industry. Latricia has earned a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in counseling. She plans to use her scholarship funds to partially support her attendance at the Strategic HR Business Partner Certification Program offered through Linkage in Chicago, IL. This 3-day course will offer her an opportunity to evaluate her strengths and opportunities for improvement in the areas of business acumen, HR capabilities and consulting skills.
