Cindy Damschroder currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Associate Professor in the Division of Experienced-Based Learning and Career Education at the University of Cincinnati. She is a passionate advisor and educator that places students at the center of their educational goals. Striving to create an experiential environment that engages the student, helps them feel personally invested in their learning and thoughtfully advising, Cindy empowers those looking to define themselves within large-scale university environment and career pathing explorations. With over 20 years in higher education, she is driven to navigate uncertainty, bring consistency, and create processes and policies where needed.
